20+ yrs in Study Abroad & Intercultural Education | Building Global Competence | Women’s Rights • Conflict Transformation

For over two decades, I have been helping students, professionals, and communities connect across cultures, foster global understanding, and grow into more confident world citizens.

As Director of the Middlebury C.V. Starr School in Cameroon, I lead academic programming, student services, and strategic partnerships. I also teach courses on intercultural theories and practices, women’s rights, and conflict transformation, guiding students to navigate complexity with empathy and competence.

My journey began with leadership roles at the Peace Corps and SIT Study Abroad, where I designed and managed programs, mentored students and trainees, and built strong collaborations with local communities.

Core strengths:

I hold advanced degrees from the University of Dschang and the Protestant University of Central Africa, and I continue to write and speak on global education and intercultural learning.

I’m passionate about building bridges between cultures and preparing the next generation for meaningful global engagement.
